GroundNet is an international consortium of airport ground transportation companies intent on providing travelers the highest level of ground transportation, while maintaining consistently friendly customer service, enhanced through state-of-the-art marketing and a reservation network.

Our purpose is to increase ridership, profits and value. We will sell each others’ services, share information and technology, maintain standards, protect brand integrity, provide international ground links, share marketing expertise and expense, and create industry partnerships.

The membership of GroundNet operates over 1700 vehicles and provides premier ground transportation to almost 9.5 million passengers a year.

Each GroundNet Member meets stringent standards of performance in areas of customer service, safety, industry knowledge and reputation in their local market. It is these building blocks that afford GroundNet the opportunity to offer customers consistent and superior transportation service. GroundNet provides many opportunities for its operators to stay on the cutting edge of technology in the travel industry. GroundNet operators are able to build extensive relationships & partnerships with top of the line suppliers and vendors that attend the GroundNet meetings. These valuable partnerships ensure that the best products and equipment will service their customers.

GroundNet Members participate in industry benchmarking and open forum sessions where they share ideas and analyze problems thus giving Members the opportunity to take a fresh look at their own operations.

Today, GroundNet members interline with each other by exchanging reservations through the GroundNet Reservation System and through the GroundNet Referral Program. GroundNet members have been successful in marketing to groups,conventions, corporations and international buyers at trade shows.
